Take a moment, if you will, breath, sit back
and prepare to click away. But first... Let me prepare your mind
for the journey. Now, when you enter into the "world" of
The Amplified Dojo, much like that of a Japanese shrine, one passes
through a Tori gate, a special gateway for "gods". This gate
marks the movement between the finite world (the world that is
limited, has boundaries and endings for mortals in general) and the
infinite world (the world that is limitless, has imagination and is
without end) of the "gods".
Inside the Dojo, all can (in a
matter of speaking) create to purify themselves from their everyday
selves and become something much more... well, imaginative. They can
learn the future, make suggestions, or observe a gaming performance
dedicated to a particular role playing campaign setting and when they
leave the Dojo they can carry out the peace that came from finally
contacting their inner child's imagination. As the Dojo's Goku Sensei (that means roughly that I get to be the Principal), I believe that everyone regardless of age, color or cultural difference has the right to become a gamer and I want to personally extend an invitation to you the curious, scared or intimidated, of or by, any loud, large groups of people that seem to been having a ball rolling dice on tables, yelling something about dungeons or dragons, or both and not knowing how to approach them to begin your very own journey. So come on and join up or you can just enjoy the stories, pictures and website. On either note, I hope to see you soon! |
